v dnešní digitální době je klíčové držet krok s technologiemi. Proto jsme vsadili na Medevio, které nám umožňuje nejen efektivnější organizaci práce, ale také lepší propojení s vámi. Naším cílem je, aby byla naše vzájemná komunikace jednoduchá, rychlá a maximálně přehledná.
S Medeviem můžeme věnovat více času vám, když vás máme u nás v ordinaci. Díky možnosti zadávat požadavky online či telefonicky prostřednictvím inteligentní ústředny odpadá část administrativy, což zlepšuje organizaci a zkracuje čekací doby. Například vzkazy od pacientů jsou automaticky přepsány a převáděny do požadavků v Medeviu, které náš personál zpracuje co nejdříve.

If our staff cannot answer an incoming call, the smart switchboard allows the patient to record a message, which is automatically transferred to Medevio as a request. The patient does not need to call again and the staff will handle the request as soon as possible. The patient can monitor the status of all their requests, including messages left, in the app or via the Medevio portal.
So what is Medevio?
It is a modern platform that allows patients to easily and securely communicate with their doctors via an app or web interface. With Medevio, you can, for example, send requests, make appointments, share health data or consult problems without having to call or visit the office in person. All interactions are encrypted to ensure maximum protection of your data. In addition, using the application is free for patients and saves time for both you and the doctors, who can deal with your requests more efficiently. Medevio connects hundreds of doctors throughout the Czech Republic, making it a convenient tool for modern healthcare.
We no longer respond to email requests
We know that sending an email could be more convenient for patients sometimes. However, in order to operate efficiently, we need to unify all our communication to a single platform – and that is Medevio. We will keep the email box active for now, but after sending the email, the patient will receive an automatic response with an invitation to enter their request in Medevio.
