Boking appointments online,
from your phone.
We have launched online services for our patients allowing them to book appointments online and simplify the communication with our surgery (supplementing email and phone). The patient's e-mail must be registered in our e-card to access the services.
When accessing the system for the first time, choose "New registration or forgotten password", fill in your email and enter "Register". The system will guide you through the next procedure. This will create your login credentials.
Every time you log in, you enter your email and the chosen password directly on the login screen. You can track the processing of your requests, you are informed about the processing by email.
In case of drug prescription requests, please submit one form for all medication - see the required medication field. If the dosage of your medication has changed since the last prescription, share the name of the medication, the new dosage and its schedule.

Perscription request
Fill in the appropriate form, indicate the desired medication - the name and your usual dosage.
Booking a doctor appointment
You have a calendar with an overview of dates at your disposal, fill in the form and after sending and processing at the doctor's, the system will send you a confirmation about the booking to your email.
Overview of bookings
You can follow an overview of preventive examinations and vaccinations, or your future bookings in the doctor's office.
Sending a message
You can send the doctor information about ongoing treatment, a question, or an excuse for booked appointment.
Sending a document to be inserted into your file
You can send a PDF document or an image to the doctor (e.g. a report from a specialist's examination).
